An Interview with the Universe

The Story

Glenna

Throughout her life, Glenna Dietrich has continually built on a foundation of psychic abilities and gifts that she became aware of at a very young age. The culmination of study and wisdom gained through life experience has now developed into an ability to enter a full trance state at will, from which she is able to directly channel information from non-physical entities. Having used this ability for many years as a tool to assist individuals in their prospective life journeys, it became apparent to Glenna that she was being called to expand her talents into a broader expression. She had always experienced a great fear of going "public," but Glenna's inner voice became increasingly insistent that she make the messages of hope, love, and guidance she had been channeling, accessible to a larger group of people.

One spring day in April of 2008, Glenna was contacted by John Hodge, radio host and creator of Desert Dog Media, who asked if she might be interested in being featured on his new website and directory designed to promote mediums and psychics, Soul411. She recognized that the whispered call of her heart was being loudly answered through John's request. Glenna took a long, deep breath she said yes, to John and to her own destiny.

Elizabeth

After suffering the devastating deaths of her mother, father, and identical twin sister, Catherine, and enduring a painful divorce, Elizabeth Anne Hill found herself on a spiritual quest to understand life's biggest unanswered questions. Why are we here? What is our purpose? Why do we encounter difficulties, losses, and traumas? Through a series of extraordinary events, she discovered that she had the ability to connect intuitively with her twin sister in Spirit and together they wrote a book called Twin Souls: A Message of Hope for the New Millennium. Catherine led Elizabeth to understand that our world is at a significant crossroads. We have just entered the Golden Age, a time period that has been predicted for thousands of years. It is a time of great struggle and strife, but if we choose, it can become a time of great renewal and hope. After publishing her book, Elizabeth hosted her own Internet radio show called Gateway 4 the Golden Age and was invited to appear on another show called "Think Again Radio" hosted by a man by the name of John Hodge. John and Elizabeth became friends and she frequently appeared as a guest host on his radio show.

The Connection

This is where the two stories intersect. In April of 2008, John contacted Elizabeth and asked if she would participate in readings with some of his prospective clients as a way of testing their abilities. One of these clients was Glenna Dietrich. Elizabeth wholeheartedly agreed and was highly intrigued because she had recently learned about Glenna's talents through a fascinating book called Your Soul’s Plan: Discovering the Real Meaning of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born (formerly titled Courageous Souls) when she interviewed the book's author, Robert Schwartz, on her radio program. Glenna was one of the four mediums featured in Schwartz's book.

Glenna conducted a detailed spiritual counseling session culminating with a trance in which she channeled a group of wise beings. They told Elizabeth that they were guides from another dimension and delivered a profound and loving message. Elizabeth was stunned and completely caught off-guard when the guides asked her if she would like to ask questions. She had witnessed the miracle of trance channeling before but had never been allowed to ask questions. She managed to come up with a few but when the reading was over couldn't stop thinking about the fact that if she were given another chance, she would ask many of life's biggest questions that had always fascinated and plagued her. She reasoned that this would not only help her, but many others who had the same questions. 

Elizabeth contacted Glenna and asked if she could have another thirty-minute channeling. This was not something that Glenna normally did but she felt compelled to say yes and so the extra channeling session was scheduled for the following week.

The Answered Prayer

Elizabeth spent hours writing and re-writing her questions in preparation for the upcoming session. Suddenly she heard a clear yet quiet voice say, "Interview with the Universe."  That was it! Through Glenna, she would interview the Universe. She had always dreamed of having someone really big on her radio show. What could be bigger than an interview with the Universe?

Before the channeling began, Elizabeth mentioned the idea to Glenna, who immediately loved it. Elizabeth was surprised and thrilled when during the session, a group of guides, Archangels, and Ascended masters enthusiastically encouraged her and Glenna to follow through with the interview and explained that the project was an answered prayer. Both women had been asking to serve the world in a very big way.

When Glenna came out of the trance, Elizabeth excitedly explained what had taken place. They began brainstorming on how they could bring the Interview with the Universe to life. Glenna asked her son Cory Jesok, a talented musician, if he would record the interview. He agreed and offered to create and perform a piece of music on his guitar, specifically written for the interview.

Cory explained to Glenna that if she and Elizabeth conducted the interview over the phone, the result would be a very low quality sound recording. So Elizabeth decided that she would visit Glenna and Cory in Minneapolis. She received confirmation for this idea when she checked her credit card, point balance. She had accrued the exact number of reward points needed to fly to Minneapolis and to stay three nights in a hotel. Elizabeth booked the trip and the two women celebrated the launch of An Interview with the Universe.

Preparation

Elizabeth and Glenna conducted several channeling sessions in preparation for the trip. The Guides told Elizabeth that that they would be monitoring Glenna closely while supporting her energy so that she would be able to channel for a longer period of time than she normally did. They would let Elizabeth know when they had completed each session. They explained that Elizabeth would also be receiving channeled information. She was to stay alert and open to any suggestions that came into her mind while preparing for the trip and during the interview.

Elizabeth knew that she was most connected to Spirit while outdoors so she spent time in her garden and at the beach as she wrote out her questions. She had the feeling that she was preparing for the biggest radio interview of her life. Glenna agreed not to have any input regarding the questions, nor would she have any knowledge of them prior to the interview.

Finally the day came when Elizabeth was to fly to Minneapolis. As she boarded the plane with her list of 247 questions in hand, she felt a sense of exhilaration, as her new and life-changing journey was about to begin.

Glenna had been told by the Guides in a preparation channeling that the only thing she needed to do was to "show up.” This made her a little uncomfortable but the Guides instructed her to be open and to trust. So she allowed everything to flow and fall into place as it was intended. She understood that ultimately the outcome of the project was in the very capable hands of the Universe.

Cory and Glenna decided that the Interview should take place at a private residence so that Glenna could comfortably conduct the extended trance sessions while lying on a bed. Cory contacted his close friend Tim Feeney who agreed that they could use his home recording studio in Hugo, Minnesota, and that he would assist Cory with sound engineering.

The recording of the interview was scheduled to begin on Monday, May 26, 2008. Less than twelve hours before the taping was to begin, a level F-3 tornado devastated Hugo, killing one person, and destroying homes and property in the area. The storm caused damage to Tim's home as well, including breaking the outer window of his recording studio. Miraculously, the inner window held, leaving a single layer of glass between the rain and the very recording equipment to be used for the Interview. Many plans would have fallen through if the equipment would have been damaged or ruined by the rain and wind. As everyone marveled at the close call, Glenna's partner Larry received an intuitive message about the storm. He felt that the message from the tornado and the pane of glass that protected the recording equipment was that chaos would come very close to the project, but would not touch it.

The Interview

First thing Monday morning, Glenna and Cory picked Elizabeth up at her hotel and drove the forty miles to Tim's house where they began preparing for the first session. The Guides had cautioned that because of the heightened energy level of the entities involved in the interview, there was a possibility of equipment failure or sound quality problems. And they instructed that due to the high frequency resonation of all participants, seen and unseen, and the vibrational quality of the information being channeled, every person in the group should make a point of deliberately touching each piece of equipment, bringing it all into even resonance. 

The Guides also recommended some form of energetic cleansing or clearing. Glenna used sage and incense to remove lower energy from the rooms that would be used during the sessions, while Elizabeth placed crystals around the entire recording area in order to contain the energy. Glenna led the group in a series of Qi Gong movements followed by a Native American drumming ceremony.

Elizabeth decided that it would be easier to ask questions if she was not able see Glenna as she was used to receiving information over the phone. So Glenna's space was set up in a bedroom and Elizabeth in the hall next to Glenna's room. Cory facilitated the recording from the adjacent office.

After adjusting and testing the equipment and microphones to their satisfaction, Cory and Tim did a final sound check and the interview was ready to begin. Everyone took a deep breath, and Glenna began the meditation that led her into a trance. She instructed all four individuals to visualize a golden light and to breathe it in until it completely filled each of their bodies. The group was then guided to focus on their heart centers, accessing the unconditional love and acceptance that is the essence of humanness. Next, they were told to send the true essence of themselves out to the person to the left, one by one, until a circle of light was created that included the heart of each person. 

Finally, an invitation was sent out to any Angels, Archangels, Guides, Ascended Masters or other Beings, who for the best and highest good of all, desired to be a part of the Interview. They were invited to open their heart energy as well, and connect it with the four humans already in the circle. As this took place, Glenna felt the entire house and the area around it fill with excitement and anticipation.

As the circle grew larger, all were invited to put their positive intentions into the center of the sacred space, creating a beautiful pillar of rainbow light. As all intended, the energy moved upward and outward until it reached the edges of the atmosphere, then slowly circled until the entire planet and all of its inhabitants were encased in the light of the loving intentions of all involved in the interview.

There was a slight pause and then the Universal Guides began to speak. Glenna and Elizabeth worked for three days to complete the entire interview, recording three sessions. A broad range of topics were covered, including the individual soul, relationships, children and parenting, education, business and the economy, science and medicine, politics and the environment, spirituality and religion, and ending with world affairs and the great unknown. The experience was profound and intensely moving for everyone involved.

During the months following the interview, Glenna and Elizabeth conducted numerous follow-up sessions with the Guides in order to gain clarification on points made during the interview and to understand the changes that were taking place in their respective lives.

Elizabeth and Glenna are currently writing a book, which will give readers a glimpse of the tremendous obstacles that each woman overcame; the inner strength and wisdom that both learned to access, and the excitement and joy they experienced as they created their greatest triumph, An Interview with the Universe. The Guides explained that those who listen to the audio CD and then read the book will experience the catalystic energy that has brought about transformation within Elizabeth and Glenna’s lives and access the consciousness that is propelling All-That-Is toward an unprecedented evolutionary leap.

 The Message

It is Elizabeth and Glenna's sincerest desire that An Interview with the Universe will propel the planet forward and accelerate the monumental spiritual shift that is taking place worldwide. It is the joyful hope of the loving and wise Universal Guides that the answers to the questions presented will assist humanity in releasing a long history of fear, suffering, and struggle. Their purpose is to help usher in a powerful evolutionary leap that is leading humanity into an era of joy and peace greater than our planet has ever known. And so it is.
